Once we collect your completed form: 

• We will design your ad and email you a low-resolution and/or watermarked proof for approval.
• Upon your approval, we will invoice you for payment, due upon receipt.
• The invoice will be sent via Quickbooks, using the email address chadarentz@gmail.com (bank transfers and major credit cards are accepted).
• Upon receipt of your payment, we will prepare and email a high-resolution, print-ready PDF to The Plaid Horse for publication.
• We will also send you a copy at that time
